We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your HATCH pieces throughout every stage of motherhood. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
